Upon arrival, the property welcomed us with modern, clean facilities that catered well to families. The communal kitchen proved invaluable, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy quality family time, which was particularly nice after long days of exploration. One day, we ventured to nearby Porthmeor Beach, a popular surfing destination where my daughters enjoyed splashing in the waves. The proximity to St Ives Harbour provided another convenient outing. We were able to rent a boat and create lasting memories at sea. I appreciated the free parking, as it's scarce in this area. The fast internet was a bonus for streaming after a day of activities, keeping the kids entertained. The management demonstrated responsiveness to our inquiries, although a small issue with the TV remained unresolved. The Nook is a solid choice for families seeking a modern base to explore St Ives, with easy access to various local attractions and amenities.
